Right of Withdrawal:
Upon receiving your order, we urge you to promptly inspect the goods. If any items are damaged in transit, incorrectly shipped, or defective due to faulty material or workmanship, please notify us within 30 days of delivery by sending an email to [email protected]. Failure to notify us within this period will be considered as acceptance of the goods.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition (unworn or unused), with tags and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, use a shipping method that provides tracking information. Note that on-sale items, gift cards, damages, or losses caused by customers are non-returnable.
General Return Process:
Initiate a return by emailing [email protected], providing photos and/or videos of the items, and stating your order number. Our customer service staff will review your return request within 3 business days. If accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Charges:
If the return is due to our error, we will provide a full refund. If due to the buyer’s preference or ordering error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee applies for certain return reasons.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues. We will evaluate the issue and address it accordingly.
Exchanges:
To expedite an exchange, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Order Cancellations:
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Orders can be canceled and fully refunded if the parcel has not been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Refunds:
Allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. Refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method, with processing and posting time varying based on the payment method used.
